plae8 Online Roulette — Live Casino for Malaysian Players
Roulette is one of the longest-running and most popular casino games in the world. At plae8, you can play a wide range of roulette variations — from classic European tables to live tables with real dealers — without leaving home.
Types of Roulette Available at plae8
Each roulette variation has its own features and rules. Choose the one that best suits your playing style.
European Roulette
A wheel with 37 slots (0–36). The main advantage is a lower house edge compared to the American version, making it a popular choice among experienced players.
American Roulette
This wheel adds a "00" slot, bringing the total to 38 slots. This variation offers more betting options and a different game pace.
French Roulette
Based on the European wheel but with two additional rules — La Partage and En Prison — which benefit players making even-money bets.
Live Roulette
A live table with a real dealer streamed in real time. You can interact via live chat and enjoy a more immersive casino atmosphere.
How to Play Online Roulette at plae8
Roulette may look complex at first glance, but the basics are straightforward. Players place bets on a number, colour, or group of numbers on the betting table. Once all bets are placed, the dealer or system launches the ball into the spinning wheel. When the ball lands on a slot, winning bets are paid out according to the set odds.
- Place chips on a number, red/black, odd/even, or other combinations
- Each bet type has a different payout — inside bets pay higher than outside bets
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually by each table
- On live tables, you can view previous result history as a reference
- Demo mode is available for players who want to practice before playing with real money

Basic Strategies for Roulette Players at plae8
No strategy guarantees a win in roulette as each spin is independent and random. However, a structured approach can help you play more systematically and manage your bankroll more effectively. Here are a few widely known methods.
Martingale
Double your bet after every loss. The aim is to recover all losses with a single win. Suited for outside bets, but requires a sufficient bankroll.
Reverse Martingale
Double your bet when winning, return to the original amount when losing. This strategy tries to capitalise on winning streaks and protect the bankroll during losing streaks.
Fibonacci
Bet according to the Fibonacci number sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13…). Increases are slower than Martingale, giving more breathing room.
D'Alembert
Increase by one unit after a loss, decrease by one unit after a win. A more conservative approach suited for longer playing sessions.
